Ingredients:
2 Sargento Mozzarella (low fat, skim) Cheese Stick
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut the cheese stick into round flat disks and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on desired crispiness
